properbet is strictly for players aged 21 and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Age verification is required during registration. Underage gambling is prohibited and accounts found to be in violation will be permanently closed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. properbet operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Any disputes arising from your use of properbet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
Each player is permitted to hold only one properbet account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension. Your account must be registered in your own legal name and linked to your own verified payment methods.
All properbet bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. properbet reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time with reasonable notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your properbet login credentials. properbet will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on properbet. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
By accessing, registering on, or using the properbet platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the properbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on properbet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.
properbet implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your properbet login credentials. You must notify properbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
properbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. properbet does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. properbet targets a withdrawal processing time of 10 to 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions following completion of KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
properbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation if properbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Funds deposited into your properbet account are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes. In the event of properbet ceasing operations, player funds will be returned in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
properbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and will be used first in any wagering activity unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
properbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
All bets placed on properbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. These rules are available within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
properbet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account. properbet's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out below.
Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on properbet. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted at properbet's discretion. Bets exceeding applicable limits may be reduced or voided.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on properbet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the properbet Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of properbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of properbet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, properbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
properbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. properbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
properbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. properbet complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. properbet may share your data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR) where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.
properbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and to seek assistance.
Self-exclusion requests can be submitted by contacting properbet support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six (6) months and may be extended indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, properbet will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.

properbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if properbet reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority including PAGCOR.
You may close your properbet account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
properbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact properbet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
